The Stovetop

That's what the assignment was... to draw the stovetop, with some props on it, using craypas, and to do so from an interesting perspective.  I couldn't think of a more interesting approach than to draw the stovetop from where it couldn't possibly be seen, so I scrunched in the corner between kitchen counters and proceeded to sketch while listening to my father recollecting some nifty past experience.  The colors weren't limited by the teacher this time, but rather by the shabby condition of the craypas box's scanty contents.
