Here you have a project inspired upon our teacher, Mr. Vivona, by Claes Oldenburg.  The assignment was to take an everyday object and magnify it.  This staple remover (made of papier-mâché, by the way) is about 4 feet long, features a spring inside (concealed from view), and is sitting on top of the dresser in my Mom's room right now.
